The Silo City Reading Series continued on July 22, 2023 on a beautiful night at the grain silos. Poets Ana Božičević and Sean Thomas Dougherty shared their work with a musical performance by the band Wild Pink who performed a stripped down set during the reading and a full band show at Duende afterwards with a moving projection installation by the artist Mizin Shin.

On Saturday, June 11, 2022 Just Buffalo Literary Center launched the 10th season of the Silo City Reading Series featuring poetry from Richie Hofmann & Albert Abonado, music by Yuki Numata Resnick & Clarice Jensen, and an installation of photography by Pat Cray & Max Collins. Saturday’s Silo City Reading Series finale let us extend the feeling of summer just a little longer—more warmth, more discovery, more time to explore & celebrate art in one of Buffalo’s most iconic spaces. So much gratitude to Danez Smith, Jazz De Nero, dntwatchtv, and Steve Baczkowski for bringing us together with your art. Until next summer, friends.
