Volunteer at Just Buffalo

Want to give the gift of your time? Just Buffalo depends on volunteers like you to help with a variety of tasks—from helping out at events like BABEL to helping teens at the Just Buffalo Writing Center.

Events Volunteer

Help at BABEL and other events with set-up, greeting, tickets, programs, ushering, refreshments, and clean-up. All volunteers have the opportunity to hear the presentation. Must be friendly, dynamic, responsible, and comfortable interacting with people of all ages.

Street Team

Looking for a fun way to get more involved with Just Buffalo? Join our “Street Team” & help us spread the word about upcoming events by distributing flyers & posters throughout the community. Must possess energy, enthusiasm, and an ability to work independently.

Writing Center Volunteer

Help teens 12–18 with writing-based work, greet new youth and parents, and perform a variety of other tasks around the Writing Center. Must be dynamic, outgoing and dependable, with some experience working with teens and availability on weekday afternoons.
