Cartoonist, Songwriter
Just Buffalo teaching artist MAX WEISS is a Buffalo Native Cartoonist and songwriter, and vocalist of the national touring act, Welks Mice. After receiving a BA in English Literature and Art Education from the University of Vermont in 2012, Max returned to Buffalo where he self-published two graphic novels and released one LP on One Percent Press. Max works as an academic life coach for students with disabilities at the nonprofit organization Accessible Academics. His third title, Time For Lunch,/em> is slated to be published by Secret Acresin 2022.
