The Pollinator’s Dream
written by Mathias Svalina
I am a Roomba on the International Space Station. Because there is no gravity on the space station, I float about the air, revving my little engine, sucking in mostly nothing, but diligently seeking out some possible crumbs or dirt or glitter to suck in. Every time I finally encounter some debris & suck it in, I rev my little engine a little extra, which is my way of roaring. To anyone else it might sound very small in relation to the vast machinery of the space station that surrounds me, but to me it sounds like the mightiest of roars.
