For Youth ages 12 – 18

Come be a part of our community of writers & artists at Open Hours! Write, read, share your creations, or receive feedback and support in a cozy & welcoming space. Whether you want to curl up with a book from our new lending library or try your hand at one of our featured writing prompts—JBWC Open Hours are here for you.

Want to join us virtually? Virtual participants sign up for a 20-minute session. During that session, you’ll meet with a JBWC staff member or Youth Ambassador who can give you feedback or support on a writing-based project, help you consider ways to share or publish your work, guide you in a writing prompt, or simply talk books and writing with you!
