College Essay Workshop & Working Session

Looking for some college essay support? Whether you’re in the brainstorming process or about to hit “submit,” the Just Buffalo Writing Center is here to help!

The session will begin with a workshop led by Dr. Stacy Hubbard, professor of English at University at Buffalo. Then we’ll break into working groups, where you’ll be able to receive small-group and one-on-one feedback on your essay.

• The JBWC Creative Writing Programs for Youth are FREE and aimed at young students aged 12–18.
• This youth writing workshop is hybrid—you can attend in-person or from home!
