Buffalo Writes with Julianne Neely (In-Person)
Join us for a drop-in writing time facilitated by established writers from Just Buffalo.
During this adult writing workshop, you will be offered generative writing prompts and tips, with the opportunity to share your work. Come and write among fellow writers and creatives in the newly-remodeled Just Buffalo Writing Center. Just come ready to write.
This workshop is limited to 12 in-person participants.

Julianne NeelyPoetJulianne Neely received her MFA degree from the Iowa Writer’s Workshop, where she received the Truman Capote Fellowship, the 2017 John Logan Poetry Prize, and a Schupes Fellowship for Poetry. She is currently a Poetics PhD candidate and an English Department Fellow at the University at Buffalo. She is the author of the chapbooks, afFect theory (Garden-door Press, 2020) and The Body Beside Herself (Slope Editions, 2018). Her writing has been published in Hyperallergic, VIDA, The Rumpus, The Iowa Review and more.
