19 Sep Call for Work: “Where We Live”
You are invited to write a poem or prose piece inspired by the theme “Where We Live.”
How are we defined by the places & spaces that we call home? Let your mind wander to ponder the history, the physical environment, the personal places and/or public spaces that you move through each day.
Winning entries may appear in “Poem of the Week,” on our website, in sidewalk poems, or even in public art popping up throughout the community!
Submit your poem (up to 15 lines) or prose piece (up to 300 words). Who knows where your words might find a home?
DEADLINE: Extended! Saturday, October 5, 2024 @ 11:59 p.m.

- Craft a tale about the mysterious neighbor at the end of your block or about encountering a mythical creature in your own neighborhood.
