Just Buffalo teaching artist JOEL BRENDEN is an artist and educator working within a broad range of disciplines including photography and bookmaking. A native of Washington State, he received his MFA in Visual Studies from the State University of New York at Buffalo in 2008. His recent exhibitions include Beyond/In Western New York: Alternating Currents at Hallwalls Contemporary Arts Center.
