BABEL Tickets: Edna O’Brien (03.24.2017)


Single event tickets are good for one BABEL event at Kleinhans for the 2016–2017 season.

  • VIP Patron Tickets include preferred seating and access to a pre-event catered reception at Kleinhans, attended by the author of the evening.
  • After each event, all ticket holders enjoy an interview-style Q&A moderated by Artistic Director Barbara Cole, and may have their books signed by the author.

Tickets purchased online less than 7 days from the event will automatically be held at “Will Call.”

Individual tickets to Edna O’Brien on March 24, 2017, as well as BABEL season subscription tickets, will be available at Kleinhans Music Hall when the doors open at 7:00 p.m. for this evening’s event.

Student Tickets: $10 each

Edna O’Brien (03.24.2017)

Irish novelist and short-story writer EDNA O’BRIEN was born on 15 December 1930 in Tuamgraney, County Clare, Ireland. Edna O’Brien’s most recent books are the novel The Light Of Evening (2006) and Byron In Love (2009). She is a member of Aosdána, an Irish organisation founded to promote the arts, and adjunct professor of English Literature at University College, Dublin. She is also an honorary member of the American Academy of Letters.
