Gail Fischer is a Buffalo area native and UB graduate who studied with Mac Hammond, John Logan, & Irving Feldman. Her first book, Red Ball Jets, has just been published by Buffalo's Outriders Poetry Project.  Join us for a reading and reception to celebrate.

Gail joined the professional staff of the New York State Archives in 1990.  She lives on 97 acres of reforested land dedicated to the protection of song and woodland birds and other kinds of wildlife.
