Buffalo native Willliam Marcy, now a history professor at St. Martin's University, has just published The Politics of Cocaine: How U.S. Foreign Policy Has Created a Thriving Drug Industry in Central and South America, which he will discuss before signing copies. The book has received terrific advance praise for its clear-headed examination of a pressing political and social issue.
