Perry S. Nicholas is an English professor at Erie Community College (North) where he was awarded the 2008 SUNY Chancellor’s Award for Scholarship and Creative Activities. His full-length books include The River of You, (FootHills Publishing, 2009), What the World Sees (Saddle Road Press, 2011) and Small Crafts (The Writer’s Den, 2012) and Beginnings: Poems to Greece and Back (2012). He has five chapbooks: Ancient History (2013) , Like Trying to Explain (2014), Emergency Visit (2015), The Poet Upstairs (2017) and Laundry (2018). He received the SGA’s Outstanding Teacher Award on two occasions. He has been a guest lecturer at Daemen College, Villa Maria College, Niagara County Community College, and at New York College in Athens, Greece. Perry has been nominated four times for the Pushcart Prize. His poems have appeared in Common Ground Review, Literary House Review, Caesura, Word Worth, Silver Birch Press, Snapdragon, Verse-Virtual, Slant, Feile-Festa, Louisiana Literature, Chautauqua Literary Journal, Chest, The Healing Muse, New York Quarterly, and Chronogram. His poems have appeared on eighteen occasions in the Buffalo News. He has published approximately 150 poems in print and online. His work has been anthologized in Right Here, Right Now and Resurrection of a Sunflower. At various periods in the past he hosted the Lewiston Arts Café, the Screening Room Poetry Series, and Literary Cafe at CFI.

Lisa Wiley is an English professor at Erie Community College, North. Her work has appeared in various journals, including Chest, Chronogram, Earth’s Daughters, Feile-Festa, Off the Coast, Red Booth Review, Seven Circles Press, The Healing Muse, and Verse-Virtual. She has three chapbooks out: Chamber Music (Finishing Press, 2013), My Daughter Wears Her Evil Eye to School (The Writer’s Den, 2015) and her newest, Big Apple Rain (The Writer’s Den, 2018).
