A reading series highlighting the work of Buffalo’s next generation of literary voices. Featuring 2 young writers who are active in the Just Buffalo Writing Center community.

Hannah Nathanson is 16 years old and attends City Honors School. Her main focus is writing, specifically poetry. Her work can be found in the last two JBWC zines, the JBWC comic book, Wordplay, and Canvas Literary Journal’s Winter 2016 issue. Hannah also received an honorary mention in this year’s Riverrun Poetry Contest. Hannah has been a Youth Ambassador at the Just Buffalo Writing Center since the fall of 2015 and has been attending the center for over a year.

Cayli Enderton is 15 years old and a freshman at City Honors School. She writes poetry, prose, and songs. She’s published work in Wordplay, various JBWC zines, and was a runner-up for the first JBWC poetry contest, and opened for Colum McCann at BABEL in 2014. She is interested in writing, art, music, and photography/film making. Cayli has been a Youth Ambassador at the Just Buffalo Writing Center since April of 2014.
