Prepare for Viet Thanh Nguyen’s BABEL visit with Jeehyun Lim. Lim is an Assistant Professor of English at the University at Buffalo. Her book, Bilingual Brokers: Race, Literature, and Language as Human Capital (2017), explores bilingual personhood in Asian American and Latino literature. She also co-edited Looking Back on the Vietnam War: Twenty-First Century Perspectives (2016), a collection of essays on the legacies of the Vietnam War.
