Join us for a book discussion of Laila Lalami’s The Moor’s Account in advance of Lalami’s appearance at BABEL on Wednesday, November 9th. Leading the discussion is Faizan Haq, the found and publisher of WNYMuslims.org. A specialist in Islamic Studies, Professor Haq teaches at both the University at Buffalo and Buffalo State College, and is one of the founding members of the Center for the Study of Islam and Democracy (CSID).

Food, wine, and coffee are served at 6:30 and are included in the price of admission.
Discussion begins at 7:00.
